However, it might be hard for you to get going on this today since it's already begun and you will have some trouble finding teams. I'd advise you do some non-buyable abilities this weekend as it's already too late. Dungeoneering, the only thing you require is very good combat(which you have; I advocate doing temple of sennisten first for soulsplit/turmoil which are immensely useful in dungeons). Summoning, there's the kyatt/cw tele method which you most likely know. Training dungeoneering, I'd solo flooring for awhile, since it is fairly fast and many teams won't perform your flooring anyway until you become from the teens. So I had solo until you get access to floors in the teenagers. Once you get these floors, finish all the ones that you can, reset, and attempt w117 to find teams and do 5 man little rushes(meaning finish asap, do not kill uneeded monsters, etc) on 5:5 complexity 6. Every single time you finish all of your open floors, reset(for prestige, which gives more xp) and repeat. Do this till you obtain access to floors 20+. After you can do those, begin doing larges at the conclusion (20+) before you are able to do floor 30(59 dung I believe). Then, do little moves 1-20/25, then do big rushes for the rest(still 5:5 complex 6). Check out www.rsgoldfast.com for more details.
